We have collected the EPS and Net Worth of the 5 Finance Companies of Nepal. They all are "C" class banks and financial institutions of Nepal, licensed from Nepal Rastra Bank. Earnings Per Share (EPS) of the Finance Companies

 Third Quarter Report

 According to third quarter report of FY 2078/79, Best Finance Limited (BFC) has the highest EPS of Rs. 24.56. 

Similarly, It is followed by Goodwill finance company limited (GFCL) and ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC). They have EPS of Rs. 15.62 and Rs. 14.67 respectively. 

Multipurpose Finance Company Limited is at last position with EPS of Rs. 0.15.

Goodwill Finance Company Limited (GFCL) : Rs. 15.62

ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC): Rs. 14.67

Gurkha Finance Limited (GUFL): Rs.14.58

Manjushree Finance Limited (MFIL): Rs. 11.54 

Janaki Finance Company Limited ( JFL): Rs. 10.13

Shree Investment Finance Company Limited (SIFC): Rs. 9.89

Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL): Rs. 6.18


Central Finance Limited (CFCL): Rs. 5.82

Guheswoari Merchant Banking & Finance Limited (GMFIL): Rs.  5.70

Nepal Finance Limited (NFS): Rs. 5.10

Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL): Rs. 4.85

Progressive Finance  Limited (PROFL): Rs. 2.01

Samridhha Finance Company Limited (SFCL): Rs. 0.46

Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL): Rs.0.15

 Second Quarter Report

According to the second quarter report, Best Finance Company Limited (BFC) has managed to earned highest EPS among the finance companies. It also had highest EPS in first quarter as well. The EPS of BFC is Rs. 33.83. 

Similarly, Goodwill Finance Company Limited (GFCL) and ICFC finance limited (ICFC) are in second and third position respectively. 

Samriddhi Finance Company Limited (SFCL) and Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL) are in second last and last position. They have earned Rs. 2.21 and Rs. 2.05 respectively.

First Quarter Report

Best Finance company Limited (BFC) has the highest EPS of 58.47. Where as Multipurpose Finance Company limited has the least of Rs.0.21. The EPS given below of the companies are Annualized EPS.

Moreover, Goodwill finance company limited has the huge Book Value per share of Rs. 236.45. On the other Hand, Samriddhi Finance Company limited has the least book value of Rs. 70.46. Maximum finance companies has good book value. Only few has negative reserve. Otherwise, many of these companies are continuously distributing the dividend to its shareholder.


 Business of maximum company is impressive. But few has disappoint the shareholder of the company. They are not been able to earn the profit as expected.

 In Nepal Stock Exchange(NEPSE) all the Finance companies are doing well. They have good price in Market.
